In addition to our competence in measurement technology, we have great expertise in integrating our systems seamlessly into our customers' production environments. That applies to both the mechanical integration into existing systems as well as to the integration of the data into our customers’ digital world.
Many of the systems communicate with the user's process control system via TCP/IP, while parameterisation and data display are already completely web-based in some of the systems.
60 years of measurement and assessment of strips also means extensive experience in the representation and analysis of the data. That is why our visualisation and evaluation software is specially tailored to the needs of strip evaluation – on long strips and with high measurement point density.
We develop and produce all the systems exclusively at our company headquarters in Hagen – at the heart of the German cold rolling industry. With a high level of manufacturing depth and our own test stands, we have complete control over the whole production – and thus over the high quality of every single system delivered.
We ensure the high availability of our systems with our qualified and fast service that follows uniform, standardised procedures all over the world – whether on-site or remotely.
